* On batch of orders with more than one episode, only the first episode will be delivered in 24 hours.
How will we communicate together on projects?
Communication is managed through email or directly using our project management system.
Is there a Money-Back Guarantee?
Yup. If there’s any reason you’re not satisfied with the service, we’ll gladly refund you within 14 days of the original purchase.
Do you offer one-Off Services?
Absolutely! We understand that not everyone will want to subscribe to a monthly package. One-off slots never expire so you can buy in bulk and use throughout the coming days, weeks, months or even years!
How do I send you my files?
After processing payment, you will be redirected to our project management system where you’ll be able to upload files directly to Podcast Rocket. We’ve made it straightforward enough that Dropbox and Google Drive are not needed.
